Availability

Most items sold by Thrifty Penguins are one-of-one pieces. Once an item is sold, it may no longer be available for purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable due to inventory errors or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days unless otherwise announced.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of thrifted clothing, all sales are considered final unless an item received is significantly different from its description or damaged during delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order regarding any issue.

Thrifty Penguins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
